Flashing Guide: Debrand/Rebrand Xperia X1
Description
This process applies to the Xperia X1 handset.
Battery
Because flashing consumes a great deal of power from the handset's battery it is important that you charge your battery to 100% before beginning the process.
Drivers
Please be sure that you have the ActiveSync Drivers fully installed. You can also download Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 if you are running Windows Vista.
Client Software
Please be sure that you are running the latest version of the DavinciTeam client software; the latest version can always be downloaded here. You will also need to have an active account with us with at least 10 credits.
Flashing
1. Run client.exe. Input your details.
2. Be sure your handset is powered OFF. Hold the volume down and power buttons simultaneously until the phone shows the "rainbow screen", seen below.
3. Connect the USB cable and allow the client to recognize the handset.
4. Select "Flash/Debrand/Rebrand" and click "Next".
5. Select your desired firmware package and click "GO". The client will begin downloading files and flash them to you device.
